The Leadership Communication Program believes that confidence begins from within. Recognising your own self-worth gives you the ability to do anything you set out to do. The word confidence is a noun, it is a feeling, a sense of trust. It comes from a Latin word “Fidere’ which means “to trust”; therefore, having self-confidence is having trust in one’s self.
