About the workshop
Every child goes through various stages of growth and development. Although this is reality is a universal phenomenon, there are individual differences in the way each child unfolds and grows. As educationalist and parents, we need to understand various stages of development and to find ways of maximizing each child’s potential. The formative years of a child are most important to his future role taking.
‘Magic years’ is a workshop specially designed to understand and partner the growth of a child. It is an open forum, where parents can share and understand the growing up process through a dialogue with the psychologist.
Dr. Nimrat Singh is a practicing clinical psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India heads Tangram. She has worked in this field for the last 18 years. Her forte lies in parental workshop, teacher’s workshops, career guidance and planning, psychometric assessment and personal counselling. She would lead this workshop.
Who should attend?
This workshop will focus on children in the age-group of 3-5 years. It is ideal for parents with children in this age-group. Parents with younger children are also most welcome – will help getting you prepped up.

Dr. Nimrat. Singh, one of the key contributors on BuzzingBubs has extensive counselling, training and consulting experience with pre- primary, primary, secondary schools, design, travel and business management Institutes. She has played a significant and pioneering role in formalizing the field of counseling and career guidance in the city of Ahmedabad. She began the first Counseling centre in 1996.
She has been instrumental in setting up many centers and carried out projects related to personal, professional counseling, career planning, effective study habits and personal growth labs. Among the pioneering endeavors she set up Manthan and Tangram. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and a PhD degree in Organizational Behavior – Psychology. She completed her major education in Mumbai and presently resides in the city of Ahmedabad, India. She is highly fluent in English and Hindi and speaks Punjabi, Marathi and Gujarati with reasonable comfort.
