Young Explorer’s Nature Camp
Young Explorer’s Nature Camp is a 5-day summertime immersion into nature learning and exploration. Young Explorers Club gives budding nature enthusiasts a safe and creative space to discover the interconnectedness of the natural world and the elements of nature. Kids will explore the environment and ecology through science, technology and art – using our five senses, high-quality equipment and specially designed materials for young learners! The sessions are carefully-designed with hands-on activities, learning games and lots of fun.
Projects include leaf discovery and rubbings, making binoculars from recycled materials, understanding the difference between moths and butterflies, learning the principles of Leave No Trace, experiments with water conduction, and much more!
Participants should bring along a light snack, a refillable water bottle and a light rain jacket. Young learners should wear clothes that are comfortable to play in and okay to get a bit dirty!
