The Lion King is a unique portrayal presented by The Bubbles Centre for Autism. It is indeed a very ‘special edition’. To all of us who have watched the film, we will smile at the many characters, the witty lines, the songs and their lyrics. To those at Bubbles – it is a journey of discovery of what children with autism are capable of on-stage.
Presented by 40 children with autism and 28 teachers, the script follows the story of Mufasa, Zazu, Simba, Scar, Pumba, Timon and all those characters that bring the story alive. Yet, for those at Bubbles – it is the story of victory for each child.
Audience need to note that late comers will not be permitted to enter the auditorium. Cameras, handbags, bottles, cans are not allowed inside the venue.
