Openhouse Entrepreneurship Club

Openhouse Entrepreneurship Club is a space for thinkers, planners and doers. Through an amalgamated curriculum that spans across theoretical and practical knowledge of entrepreneurial concepts, students learn to build confidence, take risks and step outside their comfort zone, in order to easily overcome obstacles and challenges in the way of their goals.

Beginner level (Months 1 – 6)

Problem Solving · Business Strategy · Prototyping · Pitching

On completion of Level 1, students will know how to begin an entrepreneurial journey and develop an entrepreneurial mindset along the way. This level starts a process of tangible skill development that builds innovation, creativity, confidence and soft skills of a student.

Intermediate Level (Months 6 – 12)

Business Plan – Ideation · Financial Planning · Human Resource Planning · Marketing

On completion of Level 2, students will be able to understand practical aspects of entrepreneurship – the base that needs to be set up to start a venture and the synergy required between various functions of an organisation for a business to flourish. A deep dive will be done on each business function, enabling the student to understand how to customise that particular function to work in favour of his/her business plan.

Advanced Level (Months 12+)

Business Management · Corporate Governance · Public Relations · Sales and Sustainability

On completion of Level 3, students will be able to understand the intricacies behind running an entrepreneurial venture, solving problems on a real time basis and predicting changes in a dynamic business environment. Emphasis is also laid on the steps that need to be taken to ensure that the business is sustainable in the long run.

By the end of three months, students will also begin to participate in showcases and performances.

Certification: Certificates are awarded to all students who successfully complete two showcases within 6 months with above 85% attendance for their regular classes and then move on to the next level.
