Nisha Millet Academy Swimming Camp 2022

Nisha Millet Swimming Camp offers exclusive swimming camp for kids according to their age and skill sets. They conduct group classes for kids 4 to 16 years and above and Toddler Parent Swim Program for the younger children. For the kids group classes (above 4 years), parents need not get in but one attender/adult should accompany the child for the classes. For the Toddler Parent Swim Program, the parent needs to hold the child and need to know how to swim. Every child gets a certificate on the last day of the course.

Certificate Levels

• Beginner Level 1 – Starfish
  Total beginners. Skills taught – submerging, blowing bubbles, kicking and moving arms
• Beginner Level 2 – Turtle
  Beginners who are comfortable & moving small distances. Skills taught – Freestyle with breathing, deep water familiarisation & backstroke.
• Intermediate Level 1 – Frog
  Swimmers who can do a lap of freestyle without help from the coach in a deep pool.Skills taught – Freestyle,backstroke & breastroke.
• Intermediate Level 2 – Dolphin
  Swimmers who can do a laps of freestyle,backstroke & breastroke. Skills taught – Butterfly, shallow dives.
• Advance Level 1 – Shark
  Swimmers who can do continuous laps of freestyle & know backstroke, breastroke & butterfly. Skills taught -dives, flip turns, underwater, improve endurance.
• Advance Level 2 – All Star
  Swimmers who can do 500 mtrs of freestyle & know backstroke, breastroke & butterfly. Skills taught – endurance sets Individual medley, train to get into our competitive team.

They offer 3 program levels

• Beginner: Cannot float / swim independently.
• Intermediate: Can swim a lap independently with breathing without the assistance of a coach.
• Advanced: Can swim multiple laps of Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke. Comfortable in deep water.
