The Ghost’s Trail: Journey to the lands of the Snow Leopard
The Ghost’s Trail: A journey to the lands of the snow leopard is a 2-day interactive workshop by Green Compass along with Munib and Deepshika. Day 1 will be about meeting and knowing Shen the Himalayan Snow Leopard, to track a virtual trail of its home & the threats the species faces. Day 2 will be dedicated to knowing the prey of the snow leopard. Children will also learn how to create a snow leopard food chain flexagon along with some other cool activities to get closer to nature.
Munib and Deepshika both work at Nature Conservation Foundation and have been facilitating community led conservation in Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. Both have a degree in high altitude research and have been working with kids to create awareness.
