Sharing my granola recipe which I call “The Superfood Granola” with all you mommies. This also makes an alternative cereal for kids, they love to make it and eat it.
- Blend all the above ingredients in a blender or a food processor – the texture has to be like of a raw pie crust.
- Please use your hands to and mix everything in a mixing bowl then spread the mix on a thin tray and leave it to bake for 4-5 hours at a medium temperature.
- Once done allow it to cool and cut into squares and store in an air tight container. You can even put the mixture in individual moulds of different shapes and make the same granolas.
All of this completely raw and vegan and my 7 year old just loves it. We do junk at times specially when we dine out or are invited to a party but we try to skim out the unhealthy options and opt for more veggies and fruits always.
