Do you crave that tantalising taste of chocolate on a rainy evening? Here’s my recipe for raw cacao fudge which can dispel those blues quickly!

Preparation steps

  1. Put the dates, raisins and coconut oil in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and the cacao power and blend again.
  3. Now remove the mixture from the blender and knead the walnut into the mix.
  4. Tightly pack the fudge into a square/rectangular shape. Make sure it’s nice, firm and about 1 inch thick. Cut into squares and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Note: This fudge can be kept for 1 month if kept in an air tight container.
