Do you crave that tantalising taste of chocolate on a rainy evening? Here’s my recipe for raw cacao fudge which can dispel those blues quickly!
- Put the dates, raisins and coconut oil in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and the cacao power and blend again.
- Now remove the mixture from the blender and knead the walnut into the mix.
- Tightly pack the fudge into a square/rectangular shape. Make sure it’s nice, firm and about 1 inch thick. Cut into squares and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Note: This fudge can be kept for 1 month if kept in an air tight container.
