A recipe so easy to make, it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare our ‘Soya Cheela’. It feels like a veggie omelette that the kids will really love.
1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
2. Add small quantities of water to make a smooth batter.
3. Smear little oil on a non-stick pan and pour a ladle-full of batter. Spread to form a thin chilla.
4. Cook on both sides until done.
5. Once it is cooked serve hot with green chutney.
