Fun DIY Halloween Decorations: Make this tea-light holder
1. Mix glue with a little bit of water and apply it on the jar.
2. Wrap bandage randomly on the jar.
3. Glue the googly eyes onto the jar as shown in the image.
4. Light the candle inside and voila your Ghost Tea Candle Holder is ready.
